Me, Bryan Bros Pkg Co, Columbus,MS scales, Oril Frost-Weighmaster...
"Looks like you are over by a 14 pound smoked ham."
Let me go on to the B'ham plant Sir, and might just be over one of those when they check in the load....
    "Go ahead".

(Consideration at its lower levels... Keep the meat moving and lowers transportation costs.)

Someone had to make the sacrifice— remember the last drought that started in 09?? That was the year I bought the Skidoo mountain sled

So I’m at the new Sheetz in North Jackson,Ohio off of I-76. Currently it’s 57 degrees here and cloudy. The warm weather is very welcome considering that I have a couple of technical issues to deal with.
    Problem #1.

Nothing like having your instrument panel lit up like a Christmas tree!
Cruise control is rendered inoperable, meaning I’m driving manually. This has happened before previously and supposedly the shop fixed it. Now here’s Problem #2.

Power steering leak-2nd time in less than a month and a half!
The first time it happened, originally everybody thought it was a split hose. further investigation revealed that the power steering reservoir had developed a crack, so it had to be replaced. To make matters worse, we tried to order one from PACCAR,but they didn’t know when when it would be shipped out so the shop ended up swiping one off another truck!
And to top it all off a few days ago the transmission didn’t want to go into gear giving me a “Transmission Fault-Seek Service or Repair” message-the transmission indicator was going back and forth between Reverse and Neutral-not good!
Did I also forget to mention that the truck dropped a trailer a year back due to the adjustment bolt on the fifth wheel popping out and the truck was recalled because of the instrument panel freezing up at 66 mph??
PACCAR isn’t building these trucks like they used to!
