What if it Snows?

a clause in there says, “If you haul for someone we declare our customer, you owe us 35%.”

 

It’s not got the scorpion juice and Gila Monster pee that takes your breath away the way you like but I didn’t think it was horrible

 

It says, basically, the carrier will not accept any shipment that became known to them based on the brokers actions. Um, well, what's the point of having a broker? Isn't that how it's supposed to work? Broker solicits shipment, contacts the carrier, the carrier accepts the shipment that the broker booked "as a result of his efforts".
They try to bury stupid truck drivers in 5 tons of paperwork that would take a decent attorney a day to sort out......and they know it and that's why they do it.

 

Its mega shipper, i haul some for them, but i’m not getting in a position some broker thinks im taking from them, even when i been hauling out on occasion for 2 years.. So he can give his load to someone else, or back, i’m going to haul one from a dryvan/reefer company out of be that don’t have hoppers back to joplin, misery, less headaches.
