One potato….just one. Why bother?
Just fry it, if you got some onions, red/green peppers and a bit of garlic. Salt and pepper to taste, then do a few eggs over medium, so the yolk is nice and custardy. The ham should be heated. Toast up some bread. Orange or grapefruit marmalade and have at it.
