I seriously don't see any problem? I touch my toes easily. Do allow my knees to bend a little.
Maybe it's from back when I rehabilitated. Tons of exercise. Tons more of dynamic stretching. I was in good shape.
I've learned a whole lot...
I should quit fooling around. Get back on the program.thelushlarry, FlaSwampRat and D.Tibbitt Thank this. -
I agree I wash my truck every Saturday morning. Even if it's raining. It is easier because I can wash it at home. Ok this is going to jinx me but I have been called around back for a couple years now am thinking because my truck and trailers look like they are cared for.
Oh and to add. One week to goLast edited: Nov 9, 2019

Two more weeks until the outdoor ice skating rink opens downtown. Nothing like ice skating in shorts outside when it's 85° out. I wonder how much that costs the city to run the coolers to keep the ice frozen, can't be cheap?

I remember when I wrote that there's no freedom in trucking... specially being a company driver and using elogs...
You disagreed... I understand your point of view and I truly respect that... but that's one of the situations I can give as an example of no freedom...
Dave_in_AZ, Cattleman84, WesternPlains and 2 others Thank this. -
Another one instance of no freedom being a company driver on elog... when I park for a 34 hr break but have to stay in the truck wherever I am because the truck is my only way of transportation and my company doesn't allow more than 20 miles on pc....
Another example is when I want to take some days off regardless of how long I am on the road but have to wait till my hometime comes which happens once every two months at least.
Another one is that I can't move around living in a space as big as a closet.
The other is that even during my so called "off duty time" I am still inside of the truck wherever I am and still responsible for the truck....
I always feel like this... specially when I am not trucking.... and have all the freedom I want... to go anywhere, any time and do anything... even though I love the road and love to live on the road... there's no freedom in trucking...Last edited: Nov 10, 2019

Get you a local run. No e logs, get out of the truck everyday. You might like it or it might make you realize that you like running the road.
D.Tibbitt and WesternPlains Thank this. -
Just think about how bad it would be if the ones that failed out of CDL school were driving too. The failure rate is not small.Dave_in_AZ, D.Tibbitt, thelushlarry and 2 others Thank this.
