A little follow up to the gist of my post # 224081. (See the links detail.)

He is presently doing the remaining time on a car theft/grand larceny conviction.
Remaining means he did "some" and was released, under some conditions. Was wearing an ankle bracelet when he attacked her?
So it appears he stole a car, caught, convicted, sentenced to (?years) did the minimum, out with bracelet, jogs up here and beats up on her..
Deal he got out on is revoked and he is back in now till 2027.
Had he been kept, she would not have been attacked. His room and board straight thru prolly been less than running him down, back in court,
and transport. The time wasted on repeating him could have been spent incarcerating several more probably.

Why she will not cooperate? Prolly been threatened as doubt him having buy off funds. County should offer her enticement... Testify, we will convict and give 20 with no possibility of parole. Also; for you, a brand new 12 gauge pump with 25 (00) shells, and a court order he is not to approach you in any manner at any location.

Prosecutors drop burglary, kidnapping and assault charges against man

Roads are dry & dusty but the Cascades snowpack 6k ft+ is @ 9-10 ft. I'll be skiing till June. Happy motoring.

I've driven tankers for a little while, and I KNOW it's not supposed to be up there.

    Or look like that.....
