Caution.. Some meds I take specify :"Take with food and lots of water." Most also allow or mention "or juice" then exclude grapefruit juice.
Bummer to me, as for years, I could drink a samall glass of grsapefruit juice befor eachj mesal and lose weight nicely.

Well, the map I posted excludes my little corner of N MS from the red zone. Looks as if AR is hot all over. We have all been thru these types heat waves, just did not have TV, phone apps and a bunch of A/C office workers moaning about it.

I tried to get my pet rhino registered as a support animal. They said NO WAY IN HADIES. Not sure why, only has a single horn and not that big.
