Are dues still set on equal to so many hours wages. If so, and assuming the older / longer hands would be making more, tat would snap the greens off the turnip.....

Check the hood hotels for a vacant room with a tub full of ice and some remains. Might find a useable leftover left kidney if they were harvesting other parts,
