Pretty sure. I'm 2300 miles from Southern IN. That tree had some fantastic plums last year. The fruit baring pear tree is next to that plum tree.
The tree that bloomed too early last year (before the bees woke up) and didn't set fruit has a couple of pink blossoms on it now. May be ornamental but it is pretty ugly and I do not believe the previous owner was an ornamental kinda person.
What if it Snows?

Many parts of the Midwest have been declared disaster areas and yet it is predicted that the worst is yet to come. El Nino will deliver more precipitation through May, in an area with more snow to melt, flood stages in river basins, and saturated soil.
Route planning will be at a premium through here. Turn on the Traffic layer in Google Maps to see slowdowns, construction, accidents, and road closures.
Right now I-29 from St. Joseph, MO to Omaha, NE is closed. That's a pretty major corridor.
I almost got dispatched on a load from OKC to Minot, ND picking up tomorrow. I asked for a 30% premium for out of route miles to run the western route. No go.
I wonder if that customer will find an ignorant trucker to take that load?InTooDeep, Dave_in_AZ and lovesthedrive Thank this. -
Unfortunately they most likely will... If the rate was good enough to get your attention, It would make others cream their shorts.
Continuing my global warming crusade. Slash pile 4 is burning.InTooDeep, lovesthedrive and Dave_in_AZ Thank this. -
They lost another dam. Wyoming this time.
I just sealed the deal to keep us on the west coast for some time.
Just think of all the biodegradable stuff I'm going to double wrap in plastic and leave in California now.InTooDeep, Lepton1 and lovesthedrive Thank this. -

Was sunny and mid 70's down here in FL. A little breezy this afternoon, and a red flag warning after 2 pm. Not suppose to rain until possibly Sunday, then only 40%.

Dave, we’re getting into spring now. It’s time for “what if it rains”.

InTooDeep, Dave_in_AZ, x1Heavy and 2 others Thank this. -
It is supposed to start raining tonight and end some time Saturday morning. Could be as little as a inch, could be as much as two inches. I am hoping for the latter. Need alot of rain to get the ice off the septic tank.
InTooDeep, Dave_in_AZ, tucker and 1 other person Thank this. -
I HATE sitting on an icy septic tank.
Thoughts and prayers....Dave_in_AZ, lovesthedrive and x1Heavy Thank this. -
For those not afraid of 2 lane highways there are at least 2 alternate routes to bypass that section of I-29 that add very few miles, and loose very little time.
I just came through that part of the country yesterday and bypassed it myself when I jogged south from 80 to 70 on my eastbound trip to TN.Last edited: Mar 22, 2019
