Last guy who called me about a Florida load to Kissimmee, I told him strike one.
Then he said three stops and a final. I told him he fouled up and hung up..

my stepmother and two step sisters are in NYC right now to check out the Times Square Christmas thing, she says it's colder there than it is here at home right now. we were a balmy 32F all day today.

IMHO a super trucker should be able to back the truck perfectly while talking on the phone with windows closed, and no pull ups... but I guess I have the wrong definition of what a super trucker is.... :biggrin_25523:

I'm smarter than everyone else. Try it about twice a year.
Pretty sure I have lost money every single time. Got a 1.60 leaving right next to me. Took it. Hope I don't hit a toll road though.:( This #### is gonna kill me.

i do not codone violating the travel ban but new jersey and new york can shove their bans where the sun dont shine.

"we will consider taking away cdls for those who violate the ban"

i think we should consider not hauling anymore freight to those places and let them fend for themselves..

some of us have to work to make money, we dont get paid by the hour or day like these government rambos do . their actions directly reflect if we get paid this week and the money out here isnt exactly the greatest, that why u see the drivers violating the ban.

I unloaded in Indiana, did a drop/hook 10 miles away, and I am 158 miles from destination for $2.28 but only 600 total load miles, noon appt, so I ran solar powered today
