Uh Celadon and DMV are not the same story.

Celeadon found itself in trouble for mismanagement of its assets. Basically inflating a used trucks value to trade for newer trucks, while claiming to investors that the truck value was a loss.

Yep here is a pretty good start of an explanation....... Former Celadon Executives Charged With Fraud - TruckersReport.com

Long story short some of the executives were playing a shell game with money and debt. Allowed them to get paid big bonuses. Now the fees and fines are going to suck the company down the toilet cause they have no cash reserves and most of the shady corporate lenders wont lend to them because they have already been burned.

My bet is one of those investment/Capital groups buys them up and does a clear cutting of the management.

Other than the underhanded financial management they were a viable trucking company.

Pretty sure I have seen they sold off the leasing company (Quality) when the debt story broke over a year ago. Second quarter of 2017 was when the financial hit happened. So the past 3 years have been death spasms.
Celadon reveals income likely misreported by $250 million in recent years, stock trading halted

2" in one day is a bit excessive? Maybe you should call the folks in charge and get that spread over 2 days?

Funny you should say that. Weather underground says we will have 1.5" on Monday and 1/2" rain tuesday. The rain will start 10pm tonight and end about 10am tomorrow. For some reason Weather Underground seems to think that a new day starts at 6:01 am and not at midnight.

Noticed the same thing. But there is some validity on the perspective. If you look at it as a "day" starts when you wake up. Pushing the reporting time to look at 0600 windows you can set people up to prep for overnight conditions. If you look at the low temp the lowest low is typically a bit after sunrise. Under the assumption that most people wake after sunrise then showing the lowest overnight temp would be important for people to prepare.
