It was 50° in Cheyenne when I went through this morning. Almost no wind through Elk Mtn. Maybe 20mph.

    It was 58° in Nebraska.

What in the living #### is going on??

Well. Here I sit after driving a mere 327 miles, stuck in Tallapoosa, Ga due to tge fact of someone saying 80 hours in 7 days.. 800 miles left so I get 8 hours tomorrow.. then 9.75, so I will be back in Tx monday. Throw back music.

Does it kill you? I'm wondering because you hail from what is probably the most beautiful weather in the country. I know for a fact it tears me up and I can't get used to it.....I tried. My blood is too thin and used to Florida.

    The ham is done.

The OM is acting a tiny bit silly.

Some serious outlaw #### going on the last 2 days...

I accidently overloaded my drives by a ####-ton. So I been dodging scale houses all the way from Eastern KY... Got a route plotted that will get me to WY without ever seeing a scale house. But I think I will have burned enough fuel by time I get there I wont have to worry about it... I hope, because I dont know of a good way around the Cheyenne scales. (Driving right past on the frontage road is not a good way, so that don't count.) Then I will have to play the fuel management game until I get to SLC.

The one on 70 is closed at night in Colorado coming out of Kansas. Then take the 287 up to 80. That one in Laramie is usually closed on the weekends.

Yeah, even owning your own truck doesn't make you immune from shippers jacking you around.
