My over loaded axles were completely my fault as the fork lift operator at the back woods, redneck, hillbilly place I loaded didnt know how to load it so he asked me... And I failed to take into account that the skids were 2500# each instead of the 2000# I'm used to hauling. I should have had him put a single every other row and I would have been perfectly fine. As it were I put at least 2 too many double skid rows in the front half of the trailer.

I could have went back for a rework, but it is a pain in the butt place to get to (the only way in takes you over 2 or 3 restricted bridges that have 30 ton limits). So I took a few mins to see if I could find a route that wouldnt add too many miles AND keep me away from the scales until I could burn off about 80-85% of my fuel.

In the end I managed but I wouldnt volunteer to do it again, even though the senic route is a nice change. Most of the route I took I have taken before in smaller segments, but more for the pleasure of getting off the big road than to avoid scales.

I am bored.... so much to do but can't do anything till after Christmas and New Year's Eve...
If my mom were still alive she would tell me, "So... are you bored...? :biggrin_1square1: Go sweep and mop the floors, then go scrub the shower walls and while you do that, do some crunches and push ups... cause you need to exercise some..." :biggrin_2552:
So.. right now I am just figuring out what I am going to do first....
