What if it Snows?

It was a goof in light of a cat eating a car.

 

She said her boyfriend , who is an excellent HVAC dude , has had to fix some of E. D's eff ups.

Have an extreme heat warning in effect. Supposed to last until Tuesday night.

This reminded me of a very early internet site (mid-90s) that had a list of phone numbers for phone booths in odd places. One was on top of Pikes Peak. I lived in Colorado Springs at the time and tried it. Sure enough, some rando answered it. We had a nice conversation, because I am also a rando at times.

Also, the Jokes phone booth reminded me of a listing I stumbled upon in the Denver phone book in the 90s. It was called Turd Busters. Of course I called it (see above). Guy answered with some business name. I said something like, "Oh, uh, I was calling somewhere else."

He said, "Turd Busters?" I said, "Uh, yeah."

He then regaled me with about 10 rapid fire scatological jokes, starting with, "Having a ####ty day?" I don't remember any of the rest of it, but I was laughing by the end.

The internet ruined a lot of good things, like phone books.

 

if it smells like #### dont throw a fit , pop open a 1/5th and call me forthwith... had some cards made up like that about 27-28yrs ago id give to some customers

 

The rhinoceros has eluded me so far, but I'm at the mothership preparing to head home for a few days, so I'm not too worried about it.
