What if it Snows?

Hey Mr.... Hold Back the Water is one of their songs.. I used to dance at the ballroom night club in the 70's.... in Rio every weekend... the DJ loved to play Backman Turner Overdrive and this song was very popular there... folks used to sing along but using different words... cursing words all in Portuguese that used to say something totally different but it would rhyme with "hold back the water"...
Oooooh... how fun those times were for me...



And a few days ago a found a video of that same club nightclub where they had a 70's revival... some yrs ago... they played the same old songs... brought me back good memories... only difference is the dancing folks now in their 50's... I was 14 when I started going to those ballroom dances...



BTW... that place is a social club... huge.. they have an Olympic swimming pool and other smaller pools, and tennis yard and other things... I became a member for years and used to go to those dances every weekend... part of my adolescence in Rio...

 

I didn't want to laugh... but that is funny....

 

That's right... specially when you find a good spot to park there...

 

Electronic music... love it!! The guy got a lot of talent...

 

Well.. the "fun" is over... tomorrow going to government public agency to get a piece of document and hoping this will take me closer to finishing one of the things that I need to do while here in Brasil....
Next week will be very important.... and very busy...

Well the holidays are over and the nightmare continues.

 

Its groundhog day for me. Ive been doing a W Tx loop for the last few runs.

 

I am so close to getting empty.
Been on this load since..well, last year.
3 stops kicked off and parked 3 miles from final, and they are booked up until tomorrow around dinner!

Well, maybe tomorrow will be better, maybe it’ll not be raining in GA
