What if it Snows?

I’ve cooked a few turkeys. They came out ok. My brother deep fried one , one year. It was delicious

Never have tried the deep fried. That is something I could come to terms with . Have done a couple of birds in the oven, was when hosting other wayward people far from family in bachelor days, usually turned into quite a drinking event

 

I have cooked full birds many times over the years. The Reynolds plastic turkey bags make it easy compared to the basting method I used the first few times. The hard part is the stuffing, imo.
