Seems we need this to remind us that spring will come. Regardless of cyclone bombs or nor' easters.

We are no longer being fed valid news. You wont believe where I have to travel online in this world to try to catch what passes for news. Particularly when no one in USA covers such a event. At this writing there is a volcano that is active not far from Mexico City. If it should erupt a certain manner, it is very possible our border will be slammed with millions of starving survivors when Mexico's Government ceases to exist with at least a million dead.

It's unfortunate that our Broadcast local channels babble stuff that is essenitally filler. Nothing that is of any use other than the same tired gun shot, a structure fire there or some other non event.

It is fortunate that it is still possible to gather the real news from around the net and cross check it across several sources to weed out the constant fake news combined with search browser filters in both USA and Europe that seems to be determined to prevent actual knowledge of the true state of this wretched world we live on.

I am absolutely convinced we will be watching Judge Judy's constant abuse of both plantiff and defendant as a ELE event comes in from space to wipe us all out.

I’m avoiding this one. By noon Wednesday. I’ll be south of Dallas. Deliver Thursday morning in Laredo.

Bomb cyclone sounds alot cooler than rapidly intensifying low pressure system. It's what the cool kids say I guess. It's a skinny jeans world.
It's amazing how dumbed down we are.

Bombogensis is an actual meteorological term, not a media catch phrase...unless the media is using it out of context.

    From NOAA's website:

"Bombogenesis, a popular term used by meteorologists, occurs when a midlatitude cyclone rapidly intensifies, dropping at least 24 millibars over 24 hours. A millibar measures atmospheric pressure. This can happen when a cold air mass collides with a warm air mass, such as air over warm ocean waters. The formation of this rapidly strengthening weather system is a process called bombogenesis, which creates what is known as a bomb cyclone."

WYDOT has all the electronic signs on 80 advising of a blizzard warning starting to tomorrow... Well actually today, I drove all night in an attempt to stay ahead of it.

Edit: and I blew a heater hose just as I crested sherman, at like 21:30 had to have road service bring me 10 gallons of coolant. After which I decided I'm definetally in the wrong line of business if I really want to make big money.
