Speaking of snow, I spent a lovely day only getting about 300 miles under my belt. Woke up in Wendover NV heading toward Denver. Usual snow in and around SLC so I parked for a while to see if it would blow over. I kept watching the doppler radar and calling 511 to see when they lift chain controls over Parlays Summit. About 12:30 they finally did and I headed out. By the time I got to the summit, it was white-out conditions and a few inches compacted on the road, but no chain controls. I limped along with my 4 ways on to the bottom of the hill and made it to Rock Springs WY. Hopefully the wind will cooperate tomorrow across Wyoming because I only have 8,000 pounds in the box. A stiff wind will blow me right over. It's days like today that make me remember why I like sticking to the west coast, although Oregon and WA are getting hammered right now with snow and rain.

Right, and it doesn't tell you until you're about a half a block down the road
We do that in Georgia too

I always thought Elvis would be thoroughly disappointed if he saw how the brick McMansion douchebags treated trucks in that area. Cause if we are being honest, he is the only reason anyone knows it to begin with.
Just my thoughts as I deal with a little bout of this tarded seasonal depression. Pretty tame winter so far in the east. Doesn't seem to matter though. Won't be right until after the Daytona 500 and sometime before The Masters.
But anyway F those A holes in Olive Branch. Not even sure who they think they are.
