Almost sunrise, Time to warm up the engine and head to FL. Home for 4 days. Never went through GA with an O/D load and not get a level 1 at minimum. 30 min from the GA line

As to the subject of NJ. I would rather deliver 5 loads to NJ than one south of the Tappan Zee in NY.

 

Well..
Four hours of trying to get my drivers door open.
First from the outside, window down standing on step, then across the drivers seat, long screwdriver, little flashlight, but the rod to the latch was gone.

So after hour 3.5, I had a brainstorm.
I went to passanger door, switched latch closed position, and ran the screwdriver down inside it and with the door open, unlatched it twice, then once after pulling the door closed.

Went back and opened it without problems.

It was the latch, it broke, which let the rod fall into the door.
Reattached, welded the latch replaced it in the door and now I can get in the drivers side again!
I am going to order a latch monday.. just incase.
