some steel mills have radioactive detectors, I set one off with a load going in from Birmingham, Al to the steel mill in Newport Ar.
After I have climbed all over it tarping it.
Amazing they didn’t have that checker where it was loaded.. why would that have been helpful..

14 pages per day. I need a waiver from the OM. Gotta work, ran 630 miles yesterday, mostly backroads, but hey I cut off 60 miles and missed 2 scales. Too bad, fuels so cheap, only saved less than $20, and scales were probably closed anyways. 420 to go today. Fuel is 1.89 in Hayti. Hayti Mo. that is. Now all I got to do is make it through Illinois without getting pulled over. Always get pulled over in I’ll. Try to stay east of this whole area. W.Memphis looked like one big Truckstop Covid-19 Cluster. Kept on a rollin.
