I often wonder if its harder to get over the little minute changes in contries language, when the base is the same.. EG English. vs learning it as a complete second/additional language.

Bought this dremel today... rotation is up to 35000 RPM... will use it to sand some tiny hard to reach rusted areas on my vehicle.. then will cover them with prime and paint...

 

Yeah... They work ok for very small bits (1/8 and smaller). The concept and basic design is solid... But the quality of the build is very poor. Too much plastic, not solid enough, not tight enough tolerances, too much room for human error. The machine is also utterly useless for sharpening broken bits over 1/8. It is really built for and marketed to the casual user that doesnt understand the mechanics of drill bits and how they actually work.

I have seen blue prints for design that is VERY solidly built and designed. But one would either need to have thier own machine shop tools (lathe and mill) to build it... Or pay well over $1000 dollars to have a machine shop build it for you.

Note: Very small bits can be sharpened very well by hand if one has a very fine grit stone (say 200 grit) on thier bench grinder, a keen eye, and a very steady hand. Larger bits dont really require such a fine stone, but they definetly do benefit from the fine stone.

Had I needed to pull that hard I could have used my horse and rope which is out of frame to the left. But as I mentioned, she had a twisted uterus, the calf wasnt moving inside, and she was all but dead herself. After realizing that I could do nothing to better the situation she was put down.
