they know all truck drivers are alcoholics and drug addicts, so you are guilty until proven innocent.

 

So they pull you in and breathlize you , no peeing.

Like you just got out of a bar and went to work and now you have a random breathilizer

I got pulled in for a random drug test. Twice came back inconclusive, like I knew it would because I drink gallons of liquids a day.

I cut back my liquids for them to get a 3rd test.

I'll tell you one thing I know. You take 2 hits off a joint even though you never smoked before you will pee dirty for at least 2 weeks.

 

Yep and that is why u get all the threads on here "smoked 3 weeks ago but lost my job" or something similar. I have learned thats how truckin works. U could go 10 years without a test and so u smoke joint and the next day ur getting tested...kinda like earlier this year i had my first logbook violation ever. Drove a couple minutes over my 14 clock.. And the next day im getting a level 1 inspection.. The trucking gods dont mess around ... its best to just not provoke them lol

 

you mean you didn’t try to throw out there you were allowed 16 hours once a week?

Then the try to see if you’ll lie, or their satellite is way off.

I don’t do anything like that either, I just hate being treated like I was, either you do this or else.
