I used to work for a company who didn’t pay to tarp, but we made 28%.
About 10 years later they starting paying $25 for steel tarp, $30 for lumber tarp.

Actually... Reefers are meant to control temperature....Period. I've done plenty of reefer loads intended to keep a product warm. One prime example is North Dakota during winter. Done plenty of 40, 50, 60 something loads. I just did a dry van load. It was a reefer load with a temp of 65f. The outside temperatures were good enough.
