Finally punched out. ####, Tibbitt. Rough day, sir. I hope sleep clears your head a bit.

I blew a steer at Schneider years ago. I sent in the breakdown macro with all the pertinent info, and just...passed out. Stress. I figured someone would call me when they got the message.

Woke up the next morning still on the side of the road. Nobody had called me. No response at all.

When I called in and explained the situation, my dispatcher said to never use the macros, and to just call in.

Then why we got the macros? Someone took the time to set that up. Seems wasteful in retrospect.

I got a nail in RHS steer a week after putting on Bridgestone steers, it’s been there for 3 months..
Another nail in LHS rear axle outside tire.
If it don’t leak it’ll be ok.

That rough railroad track with the broken beam a couple miles before that would’ve been a nice spot for a ‘Bump’ or ‘Ski Jump’ or similar sign would’ve been nice.
I wonder how many tires it’s got..

Mine was leakin like a sieve. Tire guy wasn't at my old bosses shop, so I ran down to Southern Tire Mart and they put a patch on it. It barely poked through the inside.

Because calls aren't subject to being recorded, and macros are documented. Plus, she probably caught heat not READING said macros. Just IMHO.

Good on you, the right way!

that was a bad day. job that should have taken 6 hours turned into a 40 hour ordeal. I was wet and muddy by the time I got moving, burned through my sammiches and only had half a case of water and some snacks to keep me going lol. thank God I had a coffee maker for morning or there would have been a fire...just had to keep repeating to myself something my father told me about having a bad day trucking, "tomorrow always comes".

Mice don't skeeve me out much, they are everywhere. my wife, on the other hand, is completely freaked out by mice. if she finds one turd in our camper, the whole thing gets torn apart and disinfected with bleach.

I've never seen a rat in my life.
