    Is there still a passenger class known as "steerage"? Heard of it; and it was just above stowaway, but never knew actually what level of accomodations it offered. Cheap seats level?

    Sounds like an expensive truck.
    I’ve seen Maryland often referred to as “America in miniature”. To some extent that’s true, given that we have both mountaineers AND watermen.

    The middle part of the state is the type of cesspool to which @Rocks is referring, but east of the Chesapeake and out in the western mountains are a very different class of people. It is they who give me the hope you mentioned.

    Call your receiver and see if they will take the load early.
    If yes deliver the load. Then find some place to park that has cool stuff to do nearby. Get in a 34 before next load.
    Or just buy beer and dead animals and grill them in the parking lot.
