Seriously tho. There is a gal here in Maine a few towns over. Her name is Tina W. She has just enough brains to open a tuna can but not enough brains for anything else. Unfortunately for female blondes, she is the reason dumb blonde jokes exist.

 

I know right there at the beginning of the year, I got super sick, stuck out in the road, for 1.5 months, went from feeling great to not being able to breathe the second after you laid down, you would constantly cough.
Had a fever, chills, a headache to end all,
any noise felt as if your head was going to explode.
Had on a multi stop load of A/C units from Tx, 1 stop in AL, 2 in GA.
I made the one in AL on the Jan 2, other was in Newnan Ga, went there to the little pilot and stayed.
It delivered on Friday, the 3rd, 11 AM, I drove 5 miles, unloaded, went the 5 miles back to truck stop and laid back down.
Left there Sunday so I could drive the last 100 miles for Monday 0700.
I don’t know what sickness I had, that was before we heard about all this, all the medicine I had was alieve and I got a waterless vaporizer from Vick’s with menthol tabs.
I had to take my jacket and fold it and use it to prop up my pillow along with vaporizer, I could get 2-3 hours sleep, but if I moved, I’d wake up from soreness of coughing. 1.5 months of that, but after I got better, I was still feeling exhausted until first of March.
It’s unusual for me to get sick, first time in 5 years.
Who knows what it was, I don’t go to doctors unless to get a DOT physical..

I know it’s a couple months ago now, but several got tickets, and one charged would inciting a riot.
So why is it right to charge truckers for this, but let others do this without recourse?
