    I AM making it happen... I just got confirmation that the seller has agreed to and accepted my offer.

    The house we live in now is way to small for us and not really in good condition... And we are expecting another little guy before the end of the year.

    Well..

    My Tripac control board decided its had enough, won’t come on.
    Checked the 2 amp fuse, it appeared good, tried a new 5, still won’t get fire to buttons.
    It’s 96, heat index 108.. so I put it back together and I’m going home.
