I had a rear deck on my house. It was awful. I'm the second owner. They just laid this decking on the ground. Attached one end to foundation of house. No footings. Nothing.
This last week. My lawnmower guy finally removed it for me.
I swear the house is worth more without it.
Been moving dirt that was under it. Getting it back up where the house is the highest point of ground. Everything drain away from the house.

    lol no it wasn't that.

So this place is one of the most racist places in The United States.

On the way back out to my truck, one dude goes," The yard dog will take your trailer back there. It's pretty impossible."

So while we're having our sandwich, I notice like 6 trucks show up, drop their trailer and it gets taken in back. All have Hernandez, Rameriz, blah names on the door.

So I go in and ask," You didn't forget about me did you?"

    " We don't have a door available for a 53."

"You mean like the half dozen you've taken back there since I've been here?"

    " Those are our trucks."

    "Ah. Of course."

I learned a trick along time ago, just say, “Ok man, I was just trying to save you guys money, the company charges $100/hour until they see the truck & trailer leave, that thing has all kinds of satellite tracking, even my phone.” Show them the LS app.

usually 15-30 minutes later they unload

I would suggest you offer them a bribe. Sometimes a dime can save you time.

So a couple hours go by. Agent says if there's detention send me a bill no problem. Ok.

The OM is like," If they don't let us unload soon, we're not going to make it back to Phoenix before our 14 is up." We have a drop and hook waiting, which is why we came to this #### hole state to begin with.

    Phone rings.

MS-13 area code. " You can dock at door 11. Make sure you back all the way in."

We start backing toward the entrance....FedEx pulls up and leave just enough room to get by.

I'm like," I'll bet this everyone's favorite F spot to deliver."

FedEx dude is like," This is the very worst place in the entire city."

Now to get to the dock, you have to strait line back, with like 6 inches margin of error on either side of your truck for about a 100 yards.

Then you basically have to do a 180, with 0 room for error, but there is hole to do a pull up, prior to doing about 120 degrees of the 180.

Sounds like the defunct Graelick Farms (milk company) here in Maine. Probably just me being laid back. Yet company man was nervous to beat all. 4 trailers deep. Had to stuff ours back there. Worker hiding in the side unhooked the 5th wheel dropped the landing gear and released the lines. He crawled out sideways and we drove out of the corridor. The trainer was white as a ghost. No pull ups needed.

There is another place in Waterville that is equally interesting. You drive in at 90 degrees to building some 200 feet away. Backup and might have to blindside to one of the doors on a L shaped wharehouse.

So I get back to where it's about 90 degrees, but Casper still isn't going to clear the fence. I get the ok to break the seal, open the doors.

I approach the yard dog ( that isn't there ), and he waves at me and walks away.

So, I get back in Casper and tell The OM, " We got this."

I do a pull up, this is after like thorough walk around, looking at angles, start backing with more room, cut, turning, we're clearing the fence.............POOF............sticks the landing.

I'm not even to the back of the truck to see if it is even with the dock, some dude zooms up in a pick-up truck, " You cannot park there, you need to move over a door, we have other 53's that need to come in." He started the conversation in Spanish, and I guessed realized I had no F idea what he was saying.

Dock plate hits the trailer, forklift is in trailer.
