What if it Snows?

The government says today is over so if the government says so, that is what is happening. I am currently a menace to society if i were to even move my truck 1 inch while in gear, until i have fullfilled my 10 hours of off duty beauty sleep, brought to you by the FMCSA and dumb politicians in a town near you !

 

Last time we were in Houston, at the Pilot. It was like a Bloopers comedy show. So many close calls, Truck next to me got hit, left him a note with the info on the guy that hit him and took off.We were only there for a couple hrs.

 

If only it were that easy...

HA ! I have strategically found a little hole inthe wall spot with a dirt lot and a deli . Right next to the train tracks. That combination is sure to keep the wheel holders away

 

He's the guy who forgot to close the hatch when they announced "EMERGENCY DIVE...DIVE...DIVE!!!!!

 

What a F day... DEF filter seal started leaking this morning... 2 parts house, an hour at each, and I finally got the parts to fix it. So I climb under the truck to tear into it... This is what I see as I'm laying in a massive puddle of DEF.




So 10 mins later I have opened it up, replaced filter, seal, and cap. Leak finally stops.

Total cost about $100.

Time spent 2.5 hours (mostly wasted by parts houses trying to figure out how to bill it correctly to company charge account)

Out of route miles about 25.

I still think it was faster than trying to get it done at a shop, and WAY cheaper.

Now I'm going to take a shower to wash all thus DEF off of myself.

 

You know, CA said you have to have it, but like everything else, it contains things that caused cancer, known to the state of CA.

 

This is the equipment I use all day. Rehab trying to teach the wife to walk again...... 5 steps at a time.
