One guy turned over where I worked along time ago flatbedding, the boss asked him what happened, it was a straight stretch, the guy said the devil jumped out infront of him.
The boss said, next time you better run his ### over, and gave him another truck,

I just stood there shaking my head.

Also, gimme your wallet and shoes.

 

I don't mind the monsters, but I hate that 0330 -0430 time frame when an overpass starts dropping the portcullis on you.

 

How do you lay over a straight truck?
Dont pay attention to how one drives. Get yacking on the phone (distracted driving). Then over correct when the driver realizes that the oncoming traffic is blaring their horns because some yahoo drifted into the oncoming lane.

 

What is with giving storms people names?
I might, we all now how big a mite is right, might, have gotten a guy in trouble.
He works where at a place I used too, and it’s where I park my truck when I go home.

Anyway, he said something about going down South and getting his wife family and letting them stay with him, and he hoped Laura didn't blow him away.

So.. me being me and not really listening, since they taught us long ago the difference between hearing and listening, I said, “Well, if you’d quit messing with your wife’s sister, maybe she wouldn’t blow you away.”

So, I guess he didn’t like that, but his wife’s name is Laura also.
But..Anywho, maybe neither a Laura will blow him away..

 

I've seen some reality shows about what he's dealing with, and as long as he's able to explain to Laura that he's only helping her sister it usually turns out ok.

 

Might work nowadays, something was stuck down her throat, so he was doing the heimlich, why are they both nude?
Well, he was about to take a shower, she was changing clothes for.. her date night?

 

Yeah. But I think he thought it was hind lick. Else why was his tongue down there.
