50° and rain approaching again. Off the grid at an abandoned truck service spot. I slept 11 hours straight...I’ve been in the southwest a lot and the 103-112° suck.

A small crack in the exhaust bellow turned into a bigger one and made my truck sound loud as hell on jakes. I hated it, felt like a tarp monkey.

So nice to see the marine layer as I roll up the 101 towards the home 20. Air as clean as it can be.

I saw the photo of that class 8 surf wagon. That thing would be constantly stuck in the sand. Here’s a proper surf van. LOL

Life’s been good. Dave keeps me running. My truck is great. My family loves me. I was at a Landstar yard and almost hooked up to a step deck just to #### with you guys. Meh. Would’ve been funny but I was happier just going to sleep. Nothing really exciting has happened...just busy and making money.

I wake up, I drink coffee, I drive to the place, I come home, I work on the house, I go to sleep, repeat. A bit hectic, a bit monotonous at this point.

I get a lot of comments.
“Yo, Judge, you always givin’ your ole lady a hard time, what gives? Is she really so big that when she stands in front of a soda machine, it can no longer be seen?!”

    The truth is, No.
    She’s not a big lady at all, 5’2” I’d say 135ish.
I’m one who’s 210 here, so I’m the one who is big.

All that talk about you and your buddy and you never even mentioned Tom Petty on the bottom right.

Took the dogs to the vet today. Was anticipating getting Finnegan the Mastiff weighed. Was expecting somewhere in the 180 range.

    He's 147 pounds.

That's honestly great for his joints, so I'm happy for that. But if this powerful tank of a dog hasn't even put on his man weight yet? Oh dear lord.
