It says 4000 rpm max. Not sure which drill I’ll use. Probably my little air drill. The two times I’ve seen them used, that’s what they had. I just want to do both doors, and get my new legible lettering on, undamaged. Then go from there. The Truck has a lot of graphics, baked on 20 yrs. Along with the hood. Last time I checked Freightliner had 1 new set still in their system. I think it’s called Lithograph Type. Costs $1000, plus installation. I’d like to keep it original, but kinda tired of the graphics. Need something different, simple and original. Cover up some scratches.Like to polish the aluminum, make it look new again. That’s a lot of work, I did it once on my first Truck with a 1/2” grinder. Wore Me out, and that was 25 yrs ago. This time I’ll use a small grinder.

 

If only i could figure out how to get delivered before i pick up, id have this truckin thing figured out

 

That sounds like a work out, you’d think they’d put it on the tail, for you. Deliver first, run route backwards. I did occasional peddle work for Overnite, they used to just cross Dock everything for different areas. Never routed anything. I’d drive around in circles, end up next door to a previous stop.They claimed it was efficient, Lol. I think it’s because they’re Drivers only made $11hr w/ no time and half. While the Union Guys were making $17 hr. I worked for a bunch of LTLs, but Overnite was messed up, now they’re UPS Freight.Go figure.

 

With the luck you have had lately have you given the thought of maybe wearing a garlic chain around your neck. Or maybe not you might end up accidentally strangling yourself getting out of the truck
