    What a couple of days...

Yesterday I got I,loaded in less than 30 mins, then did a D&H and a second pick to add to the preloaded trailer. Was making excellent time. Then about 50 miles east of St. Louis I had a trailer tire grenade on me and it wiped out an airbag when it went. On the plus side with the airbag blown it kept the super single rim off the ground, so I limped down the shoulder for 3 miles to the next exit. Lucky me there was a mom and pops truck stop and a privately owned tire shop. Got a used tire and an air fitting to bypass the air bag... I also had to rehang the mud flap as it nearly came off in the hellfire of tire.

Today I made good time and knocked out 673 miles... But as I was walking around the rig after parking I saw this on the used tire I had put on yesterday... Good thing it was super inexpensive $198.00 for the tire, labor, disposal of old tire remains, and the air fitting.

The Children are home eating Hot Pockets and playing video games. Man, I ran a little low on food and walked to a dollar store and bought a 4 pack of ham and cheese hot pockets to get me through. Good Lord, my dog eats better than this.
I mean my dog gets salmon, bison, free range chicken. It's like taking a trigonometry test walking the dog food isle with my wife. And here I sit with a Hot Pocket.

I've gone down the utube rabbit hole.

Started out with a grease comparison video.

Red high temp grease is better. Go figure.

Went to 410 shotgun cartridges designed specifically for pistols.

Then to how to tell if a used truck is a lemon.

Then the truth about Landstar ( Landstar is bad. Central Point is good).

Finished with some dude bullying CHR.

Lately I've been getting sick of the choices on the road and decided to pre-make some home cooked meals and freeze them in single portions to take on my truck. It was outstanding, and I didn't buy a single meal all week. I felt better, ate a lot fewer calories, and saved a lot of money. I also didn't have to go running into the truck stop first thing in the morning with the trots because of some crap I ate at a fast food restaurant made me sick.

    My menu

    Pork chops and gravy
Tri-tip pot roast with potato, carrots and onion
Spaghetti with my home made sauce
    Lemon Chicken
    Vegetable beef soup

That's by design. They post suggested videos based on what you just watched so they can keep you hooked and staying there longer. It works like a charm for most people, and it makes the advertisers on YT very happy.
