If he dipped your tanks that's a level 2. Level 3 is driver only.

It doesnt help that the company safety score went thru the roof last month because of so many failed inspections.... Safety dept sent out an email about a week back saying "prepare to be inspected, fmcsa has put us on high alert".. Hopefully some more clean inspections will get them to go bother somebody else

Well he did just shine the flashlight in there, so i wonder if thats still classified as dipping the tanks. Seems they do that everytime they talk to a trucker. He checked my tanks when he pulled me over earlier in the week

We can't drive for another 3 hours, not even close.

We're pondering a late night Beefaroni.

I still haven't been pulled in for inspection (1,2 or 3) for over a year. Been getting the green light on scales in the western US since early October of last year. Not sure why the scale gods are smiling down on me, but I'm enjoying it while it lasts. Neither my truck or trailer has had an inspection sticker since they were new 2 years ago. They're sticker virgins.

Yeah, I thought that about 6 weeks ago when I posted it here, but my record still stands. Eventually they'll get me.

Woke up at about 0: Dark thirty this morning.
Seems we had some rain overnight, not that it will relieve the stage 1 drought. Was a bit chilly and a slight breeze. As the sun started to break through the clouds, the mountain tops are showing. OMG, a dusting of SNOW!!!!!!!!
