You gonna let the bottom row of the stack rot, or use it up fast.
Put a couple of 4" poles under it longways to get it up of the ground.

    LoSt_AgAiN and Rideandrepair Thank this.

That is a frost free faucet... The handle operates a rod that goes down inside the pipe to a "stop and waste" valve under ground below the frost level. A stop and waste valve stops the flow of water and allows any water in the stand pipe to drain under ground so it doesnt freeze in the stand pipe... These are an absolute must for water that must remain available in freezing winter weather.

If you drive over to my shop I can get my big torque wrench out and get those bolts to spec. I’m home for a 3 day weekend.

That's a good speed to drive from scales down to Long Hollow Pike coming in to Nashville.
That nice 6 lane KY choking down to 4 old style TN reduction is lost on most people till it is too
    late.

Thanks anyway, I got them pretty tight with a 4’ cheater. I appreciate it though. I’ll have to retorque them anyways. Truckstops big wheel wrench should do it.

It’s 46 which isn’t bad, but the clouds and wind make it feel a lot colder.
