What if it Snows?

Wind picked back up and brought a snow squall with it... Visibility just dropped to about 150 feet.

 

I blame @D.Tibbitt for his voluntary Cali run.
No good shall come for 7 days.

 

It is sort of a version of stroganoff. Beef, onions, and garlic slow simmered for a few hours. Then add mushrooms, simmered til tender. In the bowl, wide egg noodles with butter, stroganoff, sour cream, parsley and dusted with half sharp paprika.

 

Oh my.

Is there any leftovers? Didya save me a plate?

What's the white stuff in the middle? Cheese? Dab of sour cream?

I’m putting the new upgraded window regulator in. Besides having a new plug, hacking the wires. Needing to turn switch upside down to make it work. There’s no threads for the 5 bolts that hold it on. I’m cutting them in with the bolts, never had to do that before. Not a real big deal. But a pita. Wonder how much they saved? I doubt they passed it along. Lol.
