At least in WY the 4 wheelers generally know better than to try some stupid #### like that. I'm sure I would have had a good laugh if I were ther as well.

Here is some more of his patients.
You know that needle is going to be stabbed through your arm to the other side, after he stabs you 3-4 times to get it in the perfect spot.

They don’t like it when you say “Next time, why don’t you take off that dang ring, I’ll bring it back to you next Tuesday.”

This will end as a question but the reason first:
My '03 Sterling Acterra has started a fun little thing with when you plug the block heater in it will occasionally shock you when you grab the grab handle sometimes the door, basically anything metal. So I've checked it to ground and it shows no problem with wiring. Any of you folks got any ideas? I haven't found any rub though shorts either.

If it's an immersion heater it is most likely a bad heater element. They are the same as an electric water heater element and can actually electrify the water or coolant and when you grab the door handle you become the ground. I have seen it on the plumbing world where I was called to investigate because a kid claimed to get shocked when they got in a tub with the water running
I have seen it with a water pump that you got shocked touching the outside faucet of the pump was running.

Thank you, I'll see what information I can find to test it. What got me is it still has Amp draw so I figured the heater itself would be fine....we shall see. Thanks again.

An amp draw doesnt mean the heater is functioning. An amp draw can also mean it has a dead short.
