I won’t take anything back to speedco...
Been using the same one for 5 years, they’re all new but 1 guy.
Did my oil change l, go to start, they primed it, but it lost prime also.
    “There's something wrong.” I say.
“Some trucks do that until the air gets out of the system.” Speedco Rep say.
“Nay, If you do it right, there won’t be any air in the fuel system, there’s something wrong, you F up.” I say.

“It’s right I say, it’s all hooked up.” He say.

I made sure everything I could see was right. Drive out, shut truck down, go pay.”
45 minutes later, paperwork is ready, I pay $422.99, walk outside, truck lost prime.

I pump fuel back in in the cold.
    Truck starts, drive it home.
Go to load this morning the truck won’t start, lost prime again.

So I go to checking the obvious, the fuel filter with sight glass, wasn’t that one, but the one by the primer.
He took the old O ring off and didn’t put the new one on!
Plus after I walked off, he took the oil filler cap off and it was hanging by the lanyard.
At least I didn’t lose that cap.

Oh you can believe I called speedCo west Memphis quick fast and in a hurry.
    They put me on hold.

    Several minutes of this.
    I called Loves Lovely Corporate.
2 hours of Hold, you’re call is important to us, of me fuming.

    X2.

When my call was answered I told this guy the story, Including it not being charged to the right person.

“I’m going to put you on hold for a minute, I’ve got to see about having the district manager(DM) call you back.

    1 minute became 10.
Loves guy, “I’m sorry, it seems we have a lot of call volume, we’ll put you down for a call back from the DM.”

“Well, when can I expect this call?” Me
    “3-4 business days.” Loves Rep.
“Hmm. I guess you’ve been having a lot of F ups?” Me
“Uhm... He’ll give you a call back...
Thank you for calling Loves... and for being a loyal customer.. good day.”

They didn’t even get the bill right..e en the dude on the phone didn’t ask anything else about it.
I should add, although I gave them all my info, plus used the loves express TCE account, I didn’t have to sign and was ready to go after 4 hours...
But the ticket was charged to some company out of VA.

I got back to the yard about 1pm yesterday, was given a load that delivers near Memphis today. (I'm here now).

I hook up to the load intending to get a few hours down the road. Then, I start to think, "I'm already kinda tired, rush hour, bla bla bla."

So I decide to take 10 and start out early.

About 7 pm I'm in my jammers and set my alarm for 3am, a solid 8 hours.

Sometime later I hear the alarm, set the snooze and fall back asleep.

I wake up and check the clock, it says 8:20. I SPRING outta the rack, undress with one hand and dress with the other o man o man I am sososososo SCREWED!!!!.....

Until I notice, through the gap in the curtains, it is pitch black outside.

I look at the clock on the ELD.

    8:22. PM. 1/7/21........

The alarm clock reset was just a VERY vivid and realistic dream.

I had a hard time getting back to sleep, I kept laughing at myself.

Good one, subconscious. Ya got me!

So we successfully booked a load off of the east coast going back to the west coast. Now if we could just get unloaded and reloaded without hitting any toll booths , id say it is a successful trip

6 weeks waiting for a catherization to investigate a failed stress test. Everything looks good, original stents still good, and I don’t need any more. Dr says results today overrides stress test. Now I have to wait a week before passing a DOT Physical. This all started, when DOT says they need a good stress test result, I say no problem, getting one next week, I’ll be back. Then stress test looked bad, and needed to investigated . Here we are, I’m grateful everything’s good. But didn’t expect all this hassle. Lost revenue.
