Yep, all they kept pushing on me was a Laredo load.:banghead::banghead:

After 4 hours of calling around and finding cheap rates, like $300 for a load going 200 miles then knowing your going to sit in line for at least 3 hours minimum, I did a “strategic relocation.”
That cost me close to 150$ in fuel but I relocated all the way to the house.
    450 DH.
My boss might fire me!! :argue:

I’ve got a reload today at 11, but doesn’t unload until 0530 Wednesday, 200 miles.
Only went back to Ks because I had a reload out, but the place is full of corn and won’t accept any until next week.:biggrin_1square5:

Ram heaven has landed in not the most desirable part of town. First clue is the tank wash down the street might also be a Henniff terminal but the gas station-liquor store next door kinda seals it. 1FBB8E66-E9C9-463B-90E0-606C6E34A018.jpeg

I see no problem here, only opportunities. Do they sell chicken and lotto as well?

I always liked reading, but as of late, I do t get to read much due to hours put in here, hard to get into reading to pull up in line every 5-15 minutes.
Here’s a good book read on audible if you like books on WWII.
Spearhead, true story of an American tank gunner, and a German tank gunner.
I’ve listened to it a couple times getting the parts I’ve missed when I forgot to pause it when I get out to unload.

Rates are definitely spiraling downward. Unless of course you're a shorthauler out of :banghead::banghead::banghead: CENTRAL POINT:banghead::banghead::banghead: or flatbed out of Connecticut.

There's not been much time when I thought you weren't on Peyote.

The stepvan in the corner is a food truck but doesn’t open till 13:00 . The Kool cigarette sign is what really made me pause because in Detroit if there’s Kool signs you’re in the hood.
