Did you hand pull that or use a shredder. Reason I ask is because I rigged up a shredder for my cordless drill and zip zip it's done. That's some pretty pork no matter what. I can't seem to pull pork properly. This contraption I fabricated with the drill gets the job done.
Nooooooool. No bbq sauce! You sound just like my son! What we need to do here is appreciate the god given greatness of properly smoked meat.
I'm down with the pickle however.

I get that. But i dont run spot market coming down here ? This is dedicated customers with our agents.... i just seem to never have good luck coming down here for whatever reason... it is not the money, just the people behind the loads that always #### everything up ..... And the fact that it is the same exact thing everytime and i still come down here .....

Shredded with a knife and fork. Use carving forks to strip,
    Then cut strips into quarters.

We don't DH 300 miles unless I know the people, AND it pays.

So we are currently doing another miracle of modern truck driving.

Fueled at Walcott today amongst our adventures, currently posted up in some parking lot in Southern Indiana someplace, two stops to go.

    We are slackers.
I just played mechanic, new slack adjuster on trailer, 4 new airbags on truck.
Got rightweigh to put on Freightliner, going to put that appweigh system on the KW.
    That’ll be tomorrow’s great adventure.

    I should add.
One head injury may have occurred on a freakin thing that was in the way under the truck.
No mashed fingers or busted knuckles though.
