Yeah either 90 or 80. From just a quick glance at the US map inside Love's.

 

90 to the Mass Pike take Rt 146 south from Worcester drops you right into RI.......looks like rt102 off of 146 puts you right into town or take 395 . Probably be a couple of miles shorter....

If you take 80 you gotta skim New York City.....not sure your ready (no offense)

90 ( NY thruway) and mass pike have rest areas on them with parking bathrooms and fast food..... depending on covid restrictions......

 

It’ll be 80-90-395-hwy100 looked like, no real good places to stay along that route...

 

That a little out of my wheel house... Ask again when you are trying to figure out how to get around weather in WY... Lol
