    We celebrated getting the tire replaced and getting a parking spot with a Classic Beef & Cheddar and an order of Curly Fries.

    The OM hit the can Friskies like someone was going to take it from her.

    We considered going up the highway nearer the receiver, there are a couple truck stops there, but not being that familiar with things nearer The Atlantic Ocean, tempting fate on would there be a place open, without an 8 hour wait, to fix said tire, let alone get a spot to park, we decided this was the smarter move.

    Stopped for the night just west of Amarillo, about to get a shower and do a little laundry. Managed to 1 shot my parking spot after earlier in Gallup needing MULTIPLE adjustments. You'd think after a month in this danged Kenworth I'd have adjusted more. Still, another successful day of not hitting anything.

    I love Ribeye, but for the low quality Keith food I'll seldom pay for a truckstop steak. That isn't saying I never do, but they're few and VERY far between.

    Wasn't great like a good steakhouse. But was decent for the price and cooked perfect. I needed a sit down meal outside of the truck.
