Somehow nicotine never got it's hooks in me, but it's hard to avoid a cold beer.

Had a good low carb dinner at the Texas Roadhouse in Texarkana this afternoon. Crazy amount of tain all the way back. Passed about 50 cars and 20 trucks slow rolling with their flashers on. I mean WTF? It was taining hard but not that hard. I was comfortable running 70, even though I think my wife had her eyes closed.

No offense to anyone, but smoking is about the only thing that you have been told more than once how bad it is, I mean he'll its on the frigging box.

As my dad said, "Everything I enjoy in life is illegal, immoral, or bad for my health."

I guess I must be old because I remember when the feds started making them put the warnings on the packs. I smoked as a teenager all the way until I was 49. Quit a few times, couple times for over a year. when I start back up it seems like I tried to make up for all I'd missed when I was quit. Got the flu in 98 and felt like crap. Started to light one up, changed my mind, through them out the window driving down the Mass pike. Haven't touched one since but to this day, sometimes I'll just catch the whiff of one someone just lighting one up and I find myself reaching for my shirt pocket.

For deep fried you gotta have deep fried sautéed catfish, of course hush puppies, and deep fried dill pickles, and fries..
Some like onions, I can’t go there, acid reflux, unless I need to drive all night.

Who is fixing a late night snack?

I actually like NorCal, and Eastern California, y'all are just outnumbered; it's the same in Oregon, Washington, and Colorado. It's a shame that some of the most beautiful parts of the country get ruined by the trash that breeds in cities.
