    There was an army convoy with a broken humvee.

    State boy had the whole travel lane closed. I'm thinking he had some live ammo / ordinance.

    Back up was like 10 miles when I went by.

    One thing to miss about tankers was detention. You get the first half hour at 2.5 hours. 47.50 an hour, to me. I would sit a day and a half some times 8 hours , $500( my cut 350) over nite, hours start up again next day.
