“Abject poverty as defined by the United Nations(UN) as "a condition characterized by severe deprivation of basic human needs, including food, safe drinking water, sanitation facilities, health, shelter, education and information. It depends not only on income but also on access to services" (UN 1995 report of the World Summit for Social Development)”

Dang, it’s so bad it’s got it’s own hazmat UN #. It also sounds like some new drivers discussing their life at a Mega.

Front End loader and conveyor belt, it was real fine powder, damp.
Pretty much what I had, I’m still mad, that big industrial vibrator wouldn’t budge the stuff, they hammered my slopes with a sledge, leaving dents of course, then the guy wanted to know if I wanted another load of it.
I think I hurt his feelings when I told him to go screw himself, I’m going home.
I’ll wash out and see if I can do anything, but I doubt it.
Over a year and I’ve never put a hammer on this trailer, 0-0-60 potash isn’t bad, that stuff there sucked.

Are you able to claim damages?

Nope, had to get that bs out, or get in there like that one guy, pvc and shovel.
Finally I drove around with the door open and them inside the trailer knocking the product out.
    Safety first.

Have no worries though, The OM said you'll never do another one like this.

Looks like a company job to me... run 7-10 days then we’ll let you go home.
If it’s no forced dispatch... why you forcing a 7-10 day out?
Things that make me wonder...is everything a lie??

That sucks. I'd have told him worse than you did after that bs. If they can't load/unload product without damaging then there should be consideration into shipment method.

I told the receiver a lot too, either specify belt trailer or end dump.
    Preferably a belt/walking floor.

Figured it out, Jeeps light switch is in the door latch. Pretty sure it’s the drivers. Since it did show door open once while it was closed. So far all the bugs have been common problems. Lots of info on them.
