I pay for my license.
I didn’t go to college and pay 5000 for my occupation.
I don’t expect anyone to pay my way, I’ve earned everything I own, if it’s mine I want it, if it’s not, I have no use for it, I won’t expect somebody else to pay.

 

Something wrong there. The van must have been in poor repair to have no reserves or the driver was hyper miling. A vehicle with vacuum brakes will have 2 applications of the brakes in reserve.

Avg LPN makes 45k$. RN makes 65-70k$. The med tech or whoever is at the walk ins probably makes less than that. I've never had a full blown doc supervise my drug screening.
Also. Do you really have to pee in the same room? As a female I get to use the toilet room. With the blue potty water and the sink turned off... But always with the nurse on the other side of the door.
2nd also. The same way men think d**k pics are a welcome addition to every woman's viewing pleasure y'all assume a female nurse would give a rats patootey to see your stuff... Lemme tell ya. The odds are not in your favor...

 

Not a problem for me. My truck stays on land. The edge is over in the ocean somewhere. Or so one of those people tried to explain to me. Personally I'm not too worried

 

I’ve had nurses wait at the door, and I’ve have nurses in the room, some wait at the open door, clicking away at their ink pen.

My aunt was a RN for over 50 years
before she retired, she made good money, but she paid for her college expenses.
She didn’t expect the people to pay.
They wanting to waive college fees and expect the people to fund the way.

 

I am pretty sure staff member did either with a loan, money from the family, or saved up wages.

The reason folks pay for a license is to earn a higher salary. That higher than a burger flipper salary will be paid by the employer who will then pass that expense on to the clients......

It's basic business.

Guess I just don't understand why you are whining?

 

So, they’re going to make a higher salary, but can’t use that higher salary to pay off their bills, and expect the rest to pay for their education?
I’m not meaning grade/mid/high school, we all pay from each state on your property taxes for that, but why do the people have to pay for anyone’s 100k education so they can make more money, and look down at you with scorn because they’re now a higher class than you, and your just scum on their shoe, and could careless about you.
