I drove my pickup to Stuttgart, think I made an impression.
At first she said the load numbers I gave her, wasn’t mine.
I asked if she’d ever met that driver with the fancy flourish to their signature.
She had not.
I signed my name, signatures a spot on match.
I took calligraphy years ago.

Then she couldn’t find 3 out of 4 detention loads in the system, said they’d “rebill them”

The $2200/5 days of Nacogdoches will have a check sent today.
Must be my charming personality.
I told her my truck was down all week so I had nothing g better to do than either sit down here all day or mow the yard and I would much rather talk to a nice lady vs mowing, but my wife was super jealous and the next visit she might think something was going on, so she’d be here either that visit or the next would be a sudden appearance and she gets very loud.


Was I wrong for that?
I do not know, but it got her to finding load numbers.
