Well.. it went down when the kids took over.
That’s why I left, me and the boss son got into it.

 

Isn’t that always the way? It is very rare for the son to be as good as the dad.

 

Of course the companies that have had the good fortune to have multiple generations of good leadership are essentially dynasties now.

 

He was to busy trying to be the boss, but drinking whiskey and doing coke..
It must’ve been fun, while it lasted, he now has to work for a living, he’s got a broker license from when he worked there, but it’s wasted, he was working in Louisiana for some pipeline company

 

I mean... Everyone wants to have an empire, but nobody wants to build it.

Had 100-150 trucks, about 450 trailers.
Plus stretch and pole trailers.
We had drop and hook loads from Little Rock, Hope, AR also PA and S.C. and one out in Los Angeles.
Every where else was live load.
