When I hauled chem, I ended up with a lot of loads that had been "forgotten" in a yard somewhere.

When the receiver would start barking, I'd say, "Hey, bud, this isn't my mess, I'm the guy trying to clean it up!"

That would usually set 'em back on their heels, at least a little......

 

I am sure I’ll hear something like that this afternoon, the load I have now, a guy missed his 0730 appointment, I got unloaded at that time 100 miles away.
So they wanted me to do it, I would’ve, but they changed the appointment to 1630 because they gotta clean out the leg and put to load the white rice.
So, I drove on to the house va sitting in truck for 6 hours.

 

#### operators, 25k over weight. It felt like it pulled heavy.

 

Maybe twice a year I get a load going to Wisconsin.

I'm very curious to try cheese curds......unfortunately, the smallest package I saw was a pound.

I was thinking more along the lines of 1/4 pound.
