I was told,..by a LS Bco, something disturbing.
He runs...or was, running the same route every week, him and another truck of his,(has truck and his own trailers..all fancy, exterior and interior lights and all) anyway, it seems LS has let agents from overseas now get some loads, and they have cut the rate.
I thought at first he was BSing me, but he’s now pulled his trucks and was asking what I thought about him getting authority or maybe going to Mercer..
Now I know he’s serious about it, that he’s pulled his trucks.,
The future may be grim.

you’d think that’d bern a needed profession, when my aunt retired they called her for a couple years wanting her to go back to it, but after 50 years she’d had enough

Landstar only cares about the glass tower. I know an agent, combat vet, lost most of his business cause he got undercut by a bigger agent, whose second language is English.

They need the political ties, in case they ever need the cheap labor.

 

We got unloaded and accomplished our mission.

We got unloaded like 3 hours early, which ruined our planned 4 hour nap.

So instead we're here at the shipper already, getting loaded again.

The OM is pleased.
