They shouldn't do alcohol while on home time. Even if they did. As long as you didn't drive to the test and are not going to be driving till after the alcohol is out of your system. They can't violate you. You're legal.

So I now know what happened with the BiL. He didnt take a nap. It seems he likes to deep fry the fish he is cooking and should NOT be left alone. It seems he has destroyed 2 pots at home where he was deep frying fish and forgot the fish were cooking. The pots at home here in a place where there was nothing combustible about and burned the center out of the pots.
So Dennis supposedly stepped out to take a leak outside of his trailer. He went to open the door and a wall of flame greeted him. The idjut he is tried to put out the fire by opening and closing the door. No he didnt bother to go turn off the propane. Nor did he attempt to spray water on the burning plywood. He left both entry doors open allowing the fire to get hotter with fresh oxygen.
There was nothing left of the camper other than a rear corner and some crispy rims. He has a mad notion that home owners will pay him the 5grand to buy another camper.

 

...reminds me of something,
During an snow storm, a guy sees a woman off the road and stuck, he stops, and she asks for help, he replies,
“Lady, you’re the second pregnant lady I’ve helped get unstuck today.”

Doesn’t make sense, since it’s not a legit test unless it’s within 2? (maybe 4?) hrs of ending or returning to work. I’m not saying it didn’t happen, but doesn’t meet criteria for a legit test for records.

 

Makes sense to me. They are testing you forr residuals.

 

And no notice either.
I knew of drug test, said nothing of alcohol test until I was there.
That was wrong.
I feel taken advantage of now.
